Shipping
Information
Shipping within the contiguous US is $7.95* for orders shipped by UPS Ground (our standard shipping method). Shipping charges are automatically
calculated with your order and can be seen on your shopping cart. You
may choose to expedite your order by selecting Next Day or Second Day
delivery for an additional charge.
Orders received Monday - Thursday
after 3 pm will be shipped the next business day. All orders received
Friday after 3 pm will be shipped the following Monday.
COD orders
are not accepted.
We do not ship International Orders
*The $7.95 UPS shipping charges do not include
APO and FPO addresses. All orders shipped to APO and FPO addresses will
be shipped parcel post and billed the full cost of shipping.

Trouble Ordering
If you have trouble ordering by manufacuter try ordering from the categories
page or the search box. Likewise if you have trouble ordering from the
categories page try ordering from the manufacturer's page. Read onto the
next help section, How to Order, for more information.

How to Order
There are three easy ways to purchase from Fitness Connection. For those
of you looking for product information, each individual item page has
a brief description about the product, suggested use, dosage and supplement
facts. If an item is out of stock, we will let you know. We ship only
in the USA.
By Manufacturer and Product
Select a manufacturer or product from our select menu at the top of each
page. Products are listed alphabetically in a table. Once you've found
an item to purchase, select a quantity and a flavor (if needed), then
click the shopping cart at the end of the row. This adds the item to the
shopping cart and takes you to the order form.
By Category
Select a category from our select menu at the top of each page. Products
are listed by manufacturer then by alphabetically by product name. Once
you've found an item to purchase, select a quantity and a flavor (if needed),
then click the shopping cart at the end of the row. This adds the item
to the shopping cart and takes you to the order form.
By Search Box
The search box is located on the top left of each page.
Type in a product name or manufacturer of the product you're looking for,
then hit the return key. You will get a list of items in a table. Click
the cart at the end of the row to order that product. This adds the item
to the shopping cart and takes you to the order form.
If you're not sure of a product name or manufacturer type
a period (.), this will list all the products (a very long list).
Checking Out
- Choose a destination country (we only ship to the USA), destination
zip/postal code and a shipping method. Click the bar at the bottom after
all three fields are filled in.
- Now you have an opportunity to view the contents of your shopping
cart, take this time to review your order as you may change quantities
or delete items from here.
- Continue to shop (takes you back to the last page) or check out now
(takes you to the order form).
- Sales tax - select yes for shipping to a Massachusetts address or
no to ship out of Massachusetts.
- Have your credit card ready. Please be sure to fill out the billing
address (This is the address your credit card statement goes to.) For
your protection we use an Address Verification Service and will not
ship your order if the billing address doesn't match the statement address.
- Submit your order.
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation that Fitness Connection has
received your order.
- After your order has been shipped you will receive a courtesy e-mail
with the tracking number and link to shipping company's website.
(Generally the next business day.)
- Please note: If an item is out of stock
we will let you know.
Price Changes
Manufacturers periodically raise prices on various products.
We reserve the right to pass on the additional cost without notice. We
always strive to keep our catalog and web site up to date as changes become
available.
Returns
You must call for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Returns will not be accepted without this number. Returns will only be accepted if the product is unopened. A 25% restocking fee will be charged to all returns made after 7 days. Fitness Connection is not responsible for any shipping costs related to customer returns.
All damages from shipping must be reported to FITNESS CONNECTION within 24 hours of receipt. Keep all merchandise including the box and packaging material. YOU must call UPS and report the damage. UPS may choose to inspect the damaged merchandise. Once /UPS issues a claim, you will receive a credit.
