Cycle creatine use: 8 weeks on / 4 weeks off/ 8 weeks on

Loading Phase: For 3 days, take (4) 5 gram servings spaced out during the day for a total of 20 grams daily.

Maintenance Phase: After the 3 day loading phase, take 5 grams daily. Either all 5 grams prior to exercise or split with 2.5 grams prior and 2.5 grams post- exercise for a daily dosage of 5 grams.

Rest Phase: After a total of 8 weeks of creatine supplementation, take 4 weeks off - no creatine supplementation, then start again with the loading phase.
