Amino Acids

 Amino Acids are a group of nitrogen-containing, carbon-based organic compunds from which proteins (and muscle) are made. Amino Acids form the chief  structure of proteins, several of which are  essential for human growth, development and nutrition. Amino Acids are the building blocks of protein molecules.
 The body makes proteins from twenty eight amino acids, eight of which are Isoleucein,Leucine,Llysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Threonine, Tryptophan, and  Valine. These are termed "essential amino acids" because they can not be syntesized by the body and therfore must be obtained through diet or supplements.

 Amino Acids products come in single and "branched chain" forms as powders, capsules and liquids.
